- Empirate, that does not mean that Zimmerman was not confronted before nor does it mean he always carried a gun when following his prey nor are we told that he actually followed the others; we're only told that he called in suspicious activity.

- A kid is just that: a kid. Bill Cosby is right. This is about the gun. This should have been no more than a fistfight, but a fool with a gun continued to follow someone he was told not to follow. That would lead to a confrontation 99% of the time.

- I think even if Martin did get into a fight with him, so what? Martin could have been fighting for his life. He is likely the one who had the legitimate self-defense claim.

- Hispanic is not necessarily not white. Hispanic is a term the US government made up to describe Spanish speaking people from Latin America. People from Latin America are like people from the US--any race. When you fill out a form, you are asked if you are non-Hispanic white, non-Hispanic black.

- Hispanic is a term the US government made up to identify Spanish speaking from Latin America. The term is only meaningful to the US government. If you'd pay attention to government forms, you asked if you are non-Hispanic white or non-Hispanic black.
