About needing long term care - Mike; good luck on your quitting smoking and weight. It sounds like you understand the important of having some kind of plan in place for when the need for long term care arises. Have you sat down with someone who can educate you on ALL the options? there are a lot of variables and options in each long term care insurance plan so it's best to sit down with someone who specializes in this and come up with potential plans and costs. You may be pleasantly surprised it may fit your budget. New laws on PPA 2006 that came into effect this year that could also be helpful for you.
